Nina W. Gusmar

President and Chief Operating Officer, Chief Counsel

Nina W. Gusmar is President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Counsel for J.J. Gumberg Co. In this role, she oversees the domestic real estate operations for the company, as well as providing counsel on all legal matters affecting firmwide operations and real estate holdings. She is also responsible for managing institutional investor relations.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Gusmar was a partner at Burns White LLC, where she worked on real estate, corporate, intellectual property and litigation matters. She also previously served as Assistant Counsel to UPMC Health System.

Ms. Gusmar earned a law degree and M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond.
