Nina W. Gusmar
Chief Counsel
Nina W. Gusmar is Chief Counsel for J.J. Gumberg Co. In this role, she handles a variety of legal matters for the company, including transactions, real estate financing, compliance, corporate governance and litigation.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Gusmar was a partner at Burns White LLC, where she worked on real estate, corporate, intellectual property and litigation matters. She also previously served as Assistant Counsel to UPMC Health System.
Ms. Gusmar earned a law degree and M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond.
