Hillary M. Marcott

Executive Vice President, Leasing

Hillary Marcott is Executive Vice President, Leasing with J. J. Gumberg Co. Ms. Marcott is
responsible for identifying national, regional and local retail tenants to occupy the
company’s portfolio of malls and shopping centers. She also negotiates leases and lease
extension agreements, and coordinates leasing activities with the company’s operations,
accounting and legal departments. She has past experience in technology, health care and
private equity fields.
Ms. Marcott graduated from Rollins College with a B.A. in International Business and
earned an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of
Business. She holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate License and is an active member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
