Augustus G. Lauro

Vice President of Operations and Construction

Gus Lauro is Vice President of Operations and Construction for J.J. Gumberg Co. Mr. Lauro is responsible
for directing and managing the daily operations and cost controls of numerous shopping centers and
enclosed malls within the company’s real estate portfolio. Mr. Lauro also oversees the work of
engineering and architectural professionals to successfully complete redevelopment projects as well as
new construction ventures.

Mr. Lauro began his career as an intern within the company’s Operations and Construction Department
in 2016. He then worked for various firms in the Pittsburgh area as a project engineer, project manager
and conceptual cost consultant before returning to J.J. Gumberg Co.

Mr. Lauro earned a bachelor’s degree in history and economics, an MBA and a MS degree in finance all
from West Virginia University. He also holds a PA Real Estate License.
